Before the home goes on the market we check with a surveyor that everything is compliant, so the deed does not stall at the last minute.

Strategy, photography and multi-channel marketing, with one price and one point of contact. Also visible to partner agencies in the MLS network.
Open House
All viewings in one organised event, with qualified buyers: less disruption for you and buyer competition concentrated in a few days.
Negotiation and deed
I screen offers and stay with you all the way to the deed, with regular updates on viewings, enquiries and proposals.

Every home I handle gets the time it deserves, not whatever is left over. That is why a valuation request is an application: I review the details and, if it fits, I handle it myself.
