I started at the bottom, as a local consultant. Thirty years later I lead a network of more than 30 consultants in Sardinia, yet I chose to keep handling only 10 transactions a year in person.
It is a choice made to protect the client's interest: the other transactions go to an experienced team of consultants I trained myself.
I am Area Manager for Sardinia of the Frimm group, the Italian network that owns the largest MLS in Europe, and founder of Frimm Island in Olbia.

From consultant in Capua to my first agency in Teano. In 2002 I chose Olbia, opening the group's first agency in Gallura and growing a team of 10 agencies, the leading real estate group in the area in 2014. Member of the regional board and of the national marketing committee. Second- and third-level trainer.

A global mindset and exchange with colleagues from other countries. My group became a practice with mortgage and technical services: 2 offices, more than 20 consultants, trainers and managers.

Developing in Sardinia an Italian brand with over 3,000 agents: more than 30 consultants in 3 agencies and 5 info points, with a mortgage broker and a notary signing deeds at the Olbia office.
